Tonight I’m entering the London Fringe 62-hour film contest with London Free Press multimedia editor Morris Lamont.
We get our instructions tonight and then we have the weekend to make a short film of no more than 10 minutes. That includes writing the script, filming everything, editing, adding music, credits, etc.
The final product must be handed in by 10 a.m. Monday morning.
We’ve assembled a great team. Actors Bill Hill, Kathy Quayle and Danielle O’Quinn will lend their considerable talent. Musician Yuri Pool, known for his tributes to the Beatles, and who held a concert on the roof of a downtown London building in 2009 to commemorate The Beatles last live performance 40 years earlier in England, will also add his musical talent to the team.

It’s going to be busy but fun.
The screening of all the films will be held Sunday, March 18 at 1 p.m. at the London Convention Centre. That evening, the awards will be handed out and the top films screened.

I don’t know if you are searching for an idea generally…or if the creative team has already decided on themes but…here’s one suggestion:
KR—recreate the dillema, efforts, crisis, confusion, the stonewall, helpful/unhelpfulnes, unanswered questions and wider issues and principles related to your dear father’s death
GEE GOODLUCK EH . . .SOUNDS LIKE A STACKED TEAM . . TRY & GET THE TUNDRA SWANS IN IT . . . IF YA NEED KILDREERS WE HAVE 4 @ THE FARM NESTING IN THE SNOW .
