I have to admit I don’t like the dark descending at 5 p.m.
I’d rather have it dark in the morning than in the evening.
I read recently someone making a case for keeping Daylight Savings Time all year round. Humans struggle when the time changes, even if it’s only an hour.
I notice it myself. My body struggles to adjust and it takes me more than a couple of days to feel normal again.
I guess it’s similar to jet lag.
So what do you think of your Sunday evening dinner in the dark?
